1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Arya-Crm (the "Platform"), available at https://arya-crm.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

Arya-Crm is a real-estate CRM that allows managing properties, clients, commercial activities, sales and finances for one or more real-estate agencies. The Platform may offer optional integrations with third-party services, such as Google Calendar.

We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue service features, providing notice within the Platform when a change is significant.

3. Registration and accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Registration may require a valid invitation code.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Carry out illegal activities or activities contrary to applicable regulations.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to access third-party accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• Compromise the security, availability or integrity of the service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without express authorization.

5. Google Calendar integration

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and is done via OAuth 2.0 with your express authorization. By enabling it, you represent that you hold the necessary rights over the Google account you connect.

The processing of data obtained from Google is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time from the Platform settings or from your Google account.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or limitations of the Google Calendar API that are beyond our control.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, design and brand are owned by Arya-Crm or its licensors. No rights are granted to you over them other than the use of the service in accordance with these terms.

The data you record in the Platform (properties, clients, activities, etc.) is and will remain yours. You grant us only the license necessary to process it in order to provide the service to you.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the Platform continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and apply updates, endeavoring to provide advance notice when they affect use of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if your account activity poses a risk to the security or operation of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service operator is established, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights granted to you by the regulations of your place of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
